Terms of training

The full ITHeight terms of training apply to every student, so please read them before you enrol.

Terms of training: fees and refunds

• Training fees must be paid in full before training begins.
• Training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another candidate.
• Fees for trial classes, where offered, are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Freezing a course or moving to another batch is subject to approval and an additional fee, as set out in the full terms.
• Further discounts are at management’s discretion, and any discount is withdrawn if a candidate chooses to pay in installments.

Exam results and jobs

Attendance and certificates

• You need at least 90% attendance and must complete assignments to qualify for a training certificate.
• A new certificate is not issued if one is lost.
• Certificates are not issued for repeated training.

Registration

• You must provide complete and correct information on the registration form, a copy of your CNIC and a recent passport-size photo.
• ITHeight may contact you about future events, courses and training.
• ITHeight may suspend or remove a student for breaking its rules or for poor attendance. Fees are not refunded in that case.

Live online classes

• Join at least five minutes early, using a laptop or desktop with a webcam and headphones. You cannot join from a cell phone.
• Keep your webcam on, and attend alone in the room.
• Do not share your joining details with anyone.
• Audio, video and screen recording and screenshots of class are prohibited, and breaking this rule can lead to removal without a refund.
• Start dates can be postponed by two to four weeks if necessary.
